Maria Ioia, the founder of the Market Intelligence Agency, is a passionate Market Intelligence professional who has first-hand experience at building and leading successful Competitor Intelligence and Market Research departments in one of Australia’s largest and most profitable business. She has 20 years of experience in the fields of Market Research and Competitor Intelligence, holding senior roles on both client and agency side. She is an author and lectures at UTS in Creative Intelligence and Innovation. She is effective at generating actionable insights that have led to business growth. Maria holds a Bachelor of Economics, with majors in Economics and Marketing from the University of Sydney and an Executive MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management (AGSM).
